We're sorry to see you go. You can request complete deletion of your OpenSpeak account and all associated data using the form below or by emailing us directly.
When you delete your OpenSpeak account, we permanently remove the following data from our servers:
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data. Any data stored locally on your device (offline mode) will not be affected — you can clear that by uninstalling the app.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed. During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
Offline data is unaffected. OpenSpeak stores data locally on your device for offline use. Deleting your account only removes cloud-synced data from our servers. To remove local data, uninstall the app from your device.
