Give Every Child a Voice
OpenSpeak is the free, open-source AAC app disrupting the $249+ commercial market for non-verbal children worldwide. We're inviting forward-thinking companies to become founding partners in the most accessible communication tool ever built.
Why This Matters Now
The Market Failure
Commercial AAC apps cost $249–$300+ per child. Insurance doesn't cover them. Low-income families are systematically excluded from giving their non-verbal children the tools to communicate.
Our Solution
OpenSpeak is free, open-source, works offline, and runs on any phone. We've built what costs $249 elsewhere ... and we're giving it away to every family who needs it, in 8 languages.
The Traction
Just launched on Google Play in 177 countries. iOS in beta. SLPs and parents are sharing organically. We've proven the demand ... now we need fuel to scale.
The Ask
We're seeking founding partners to fuel the next 18 months: server infrastructure, expanded symbol libraries, additional languages, and a small team to support SLPs and educators worldwide.

Where We Stand Today
We believe in transparency. OpenSpeak is currently working through fiscal sponsorship with Social Good Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity that supports early-stage nonprofit projects.
What this means for you: When sponsorship is finalized, all partnership contributions will be processed through Social Good Fund and will be fully tax-deductible under their 501(c)(3) status.
What we're asking right now ... a Letter of Intent and Pledge. We're collecting documented pledges from forward-thinking companies that intend to formalize a partnership once our fiscal sponsorship is in place. Your submission serves two purposes:
- Letter of Intent ... a non-binding statement that your organization intends to enter into a partnership at the tier you select.
- Pledge ... a documented commitment that helps us complete the Social Good Fund sponsorship process. Pledges are not legally binding contracts, but they signal the kind of corporate interest that closes the loop on our 501(c)(3) eligibility.
Once sponsorship is finalized, you'll be among the first to formally partner with us ... and your pledge converts into a recognized founding-era contribution to the OpenSpeak mission.
